How will you do this?

• Executing financial due diligence investigations and advising (international) Financial Institutions.
• Assisting clients through financial due diligence, including in-depth analyses of a company’s historical financial performance and position, as well as the future expectations (projections).
• Supporting clients with valuations, capital raising and other financial activities.
• You will work for a diverse group of national and international clients on projects, often part of multidisciplinary deal teams.

You will share your expertise with colleagues in the Dutch Caribbean from the island of Curaçao. Our team assists clients in mergers or acquisitions by conducting financial due diligence, including in-depth analyses of the company’s historical financial performance and position, as well as future expectations (projections), valuations, capital raising and other financial activities.

You need the following qualifications for the position of Consultant Financial Advisory:

• An university degree in Finance and/or Economics and a minimum of 3 years of work experience in Financial Advisory.
• Familiarity with the dynamics of financial reporting, including P&L accounts, balance sheets and cash flows.
• The ability to recognize your client’s needs, even beyond your direct assignment.
• An excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
